Iwasawa Theory of Elliptic Curves
Abstract
Iwasawa theory studies arithmetic objects through infinite towers of number fields. In this talk, I will outline how Iwasawa Theory of elliptic curves was used to prove special cases of Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture.
